Cancellation Policy

Services. Provider agrees to provide the following services to Client: 1. Twenty-Six 45 min Zoom Meetings by-weekly: This meeting will focus on dietary and nutritional counseling, goal setting, progress tracking, and addressing any questions or concerns Client may have. 2. Guidance and Coordination: Provider will guide and coordinate cleanses, lab and nutritional testing, functional nutritional programs, and communication with Client's chef regarding dietary needs and product recommendations. 3. Collaboration with Physicians: With Client's authorization, Provider will collaborate with Client's physicians to share dietary recommendations, supplement recommendations, or cleansing plans. 4. Management of Nutritional Supplements and Services: Provider will manage Client's nutritional supplementation and recommend functional devices or services such as red-light therapy, PEMF, IV nutrition, or any other resource that will optimize health and improve functional health. 2. Communication. Communication between Provider and Client will primarily occur through Zoom calls, emails, phone calls, and texts. In-person meetings are also possible at Provider's home office with additional fees for travel outside the scope of service. 3. Additional Services. Additional time spent outside the scheduled sessions or services beyond the scope of this Agreement will be billed at the rate of $399 per hour. 4. Products and Expenses. Client is responsible for all additional costs associated with products, food, supplements, cleansing kits, travel, meetings, and any other services beyond those mentioned in this Agreement. 5. Term and Payment. This Agreement is for a term of one (1) year, commencing on [Start Date] and ending on [End Date]. The total fee for the year is $7,995, payable upfront by check made payable to Your Ideal Coach, LLC before services begin. A renewal notice will be sent 30 days before the contract ends for renewal. 6. Refund Policy. All sessions are paid in full and non-refundable. If Provider is unable to fulfill the contract due to illness, closing business, etc., the remaining balance for unrendered services will be refunded. 7. Availability for Additional Requests. Provider is open to accommodating emergency requests outside the established scope of the contract at the hourly rate of $395. Otherwise, communication will proceed as soon as Provider is available. 8. Insurance and Disclaimer. Provider carries professional liability insurance up to $1 million.
